This project involved the expansion, renovation, and complete remodeling of critical executive and operational spaces within Terminal 1. Elmi Construction was responsible for the Turn-Key Design-Build and Commissioning of these facilities, delivering fully equipped, operational environments tailored to the airline’s standards.

The project focused on two high-priority areas: the Crew Briefing Facility, designed to enhance pre-flight preparation and briefing for flight crews, and the CIP/FBO Officials Facility, a premium executive area for Commercially Important Persons (CIP) and Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) officials. The design combines high-quality finishes, modern layouts, and state-of-the-art amenities to create functional and world-class environments.

Formalized in October 2022, this project demonstrates Elmi Olindo’s ability to execute complex, high-specification works within active airport environments while maintaining strict adherence to quality and operational standards.
